We have for sale our 2013 Regal Retreat 3-bedroom 8 berth Luxury static caravan for private sale at Durdle Door Holiday Park Dorset with everything included and ready to use straight away. Only 5 minute’s walks to the local beaches and located on the Jurassic Coast you are a few minutes’ walk away from the Iconic Durdle Door rock formation and the Jurassic coastal path leading down to Lulworth Cove and some fabulous walks through some stunning scenic locations.

 

The caravan is in excellent used condition and is priced at around £30,000. ono.

This is a great price for a caravan with decking on this park, and it includes all necessary certification. The ground rent each year is around £5700 and the only thing to pay for on top is electric and gas which is on mains so no bottles to worry about. The park has an 8-month season, and is open from 1st March until October 31st each year, and hoping to extend the season shortly. The pitch licence is in place until 2029.

You can relax on our own large spacious decking area or a large patio area, a perfect place to have an early morning coffee to start your day, or maybe a well-earned cream tea in the afternoon, or that well deserved BBQ when you relax for the evening.
